You have a few options. You an either use a wire transfer via your bank or a 3rd party merchant service such as TransferWise, OFX or PayPal. Both your bank wire service and PayPal will often cost you much more than TransferWise. All international payments will be charged in your own currency.
All payments may be submitted by thirds or quarters, or divided-up monthly based on deliverables or outlined agreement.
Since we are located in Poland and have clients in the US, our hours are flexible. If you are calling past 12pm EST, we recommend sending us an email. We will respond to you within the next business day.

Services
Maintenance comes in a few forms. Depending on the type and level of support needed we will maintain your website, team managing your website(s) and/or perform various usability analyses specific to your product. Maintenance is paid monthly and custom per client.

Currently, we handle social media marketing services on a case by case basis. This depends on your market and your objectives. If we are unable to accommodate your needs, we will forward you to other recommended agencies.
Yes, for the sole purpose of website copy. All translations are sent to a third party agency specific to the type of writing required, whether it be technical, creative, etc. If you wish to work with the agency directly, we can forward you their contact information.
Unless you are a Strategic Partner, we charge either by the project and/or hourly. Typically we charge by the project. If during the scope of the project more and more features are added or an absorbent amount of time is making changes, then we do reserve the right to create an additional addendum charging by the hour or as a total. Even though our process is custom per client, it is transparent.
This question is a bit of a difficult to answer, since every client is unique. If you are looking for a landing one pager with minimal effort on your part, then it can be as fast as a 3 day turn-around; the prices will reflect. But in most cases, the entire process will take 1-3 months; this of course is also dependent on your availability.
Modern looking websites come in a variety of forms with different features, user goals, company objectives and expectations. Both. If you are looking for a digital or visual brand solution with the end goal of a proposal, then we are glad to sit down over multiple sessions and discuss. You will ultimately receive a proposal. On the other hand, you may also formally pay if you are looking for a ‘how to’ or ‘do it yourself’ solution.
Most of our websites are built using open source software. In this case, the platform is distributed according to its licensing structure. You also own all of your material, brand assets, etc. Everything else that has been created by us, is our company material.
